Implant weight

Postby Lunatech » Sat Mar 02, 2019 9:07 am

This might be a silly question but do those who have an implant notice the weight? Now I know I'm only on day 3 and still have a lot of swelling and healing to go but picking up my penis and scrotum, I can really tell the difference in weight. Not that it's a bad thing but was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I just find it sorta funny because I never even considered the weight in all my research and planning. Now again it may just be swelling and it's by no means a deal breaker, just curious if anyone else has noticed.

It will feel lighter as time goes by. With the swelling and numbness it is heavier by all means.

Thanks for the encouraging words Mike. My wife is a nurse practioner so I have some really good home care that is keeping an eye on me and my recovery.

I noticed my penis was a bit heavier, but don't know why I even noticed it.
One reason could be with the CX it's always semi-hard?

One more thing, I used Neoeporin on my snake bite on the glans when they started oozing clear fluid. They healed completely un-noticeably.

You can definitely feel it at first, but in time it becomes your new normal and won’t notice it.

I was implanted in Dec 2017 and I can't recall any difference in weight. I certainly don't notice any now. :)

As a "grower" I always noticed a gain in weight of my penis as a erection came up. At half-erect it was fun to let it "plop" on my lover's belly, just to let her know it was there.

The same thinkg is apparant not withmy implant. But now, there is always some residual weight in my penis (much like any "shower" experiences all his life).

The actual weight of the implant is only an ounce or two. The saline inside it is probably no more than 100 grams (one-quarter pound) because (about 100 ml) is all the saline (implant, reservoir and tubing) most of us have. The larges reservoir I have ever heard of is 125 ml.

It's not so much the weight of the bullet, but getting it on target that counts.,

Thanks for all the replies. Lost Sheep I'm was the same as you, I was a grower but looks as though I'm gonna be a show'er now. I'm only on day 3 from surgery and still swollen and bruised so I guess that's the biggest difference I see now. Once I get though the healing and adjustment time I believe my wife and I are going to have fun. :D
