Litigation

Postby DougAnd » Fri Jan 25, 2019 2:01 pm

Yesterday I had a long detailed talk with my lawyer about the chances of getting financial help to go to a top surgeon Kramer to fix my deformed penis. Because of the Perido suits I decided to just drop it and live with it. I don't want the only thing people find about me on the Internet is that my penis is crooked. I was told that if it was not clearly illegal then it is not malpractice.
Because both the AMA and the FDA allow the implants to be miss sized the chances of winning the case is up for grabs. It's not the Doctors fault. No firm will take on the FDA or the AMA. Few will go after the manufacturer as I was told the FDA has not approved 1mm rtes or cutting them to fit.
Oh well, as long as no one complains life goes on.
