I think we are woefully focused on length and the appropriate implant. My doc had a look at my 5.5 inches and told me I had a thick dick and he explained why the Titan was best for me.
I am happy, as is my wife.
You'll be fine, Vagabond.

Vagabond, I think you will be happy with the Titan. I had an AMS 700 CX installed, it is with 12 mm. circumference cylinders. Pre-op length was 6.5” with a Trimix erection and girth was 5.75”.
Post-op length is 5.75” and barely over 4” in girth. If I had the money, Eid would have been my first choice. Wife told me right up that I was much smaller

They say that length is less important to the woman than girth. I will not address that point.
Getting the maximum length implant the fits your penis IS IMPORTANT.
A too-short implant that does not reach into the glans, gives the implantee the "SST" syndrome. (So named because the tip of the penis droops down like the nose of the Supersonic Transport did). Also called "floppy head syndrome", If the tip of the implant does not support the head of your penis and keep it straight, entering your lover's orifices can be difficult.

Sorry to hear about your experience Freddy. Im fortunate to be only 3 hours from Dr. Eid which made the decision to go with him that much easier. Truth be told I am a nervous wreck for my surgery on Tuesday.

We all are. You’re letting some guy cut your dick open! Trust me, it’s worth it. And you have the best in the world.

"I am a nervous wreck? ???
If you are nervous about your surgery, you did not educate yourself well enough. Knowledge is power and enough knowledge will allay (not all your fears but) enough of your fears that you will not be nervous.
I became certain I needed an implant almost a year and a half before I had one. In the meantime, I researched the devices, the surgery and the surgeons available to me. I had absolutely no misgivings as my surgery approached and never a moment of regret or even a second of the "What the fuck did I do to myself?" thought that many men have reported in this forum. (Note: All the men reporting such a thought also report that thought ultimately dissipating.)
THE GOOD NEWS is that you do not NEED to be educated at all about your surgery. You have picked an excellent surgeon, one who (I exchanged several emails with Dr. Eid before my surgery) I firmly believe will treat your surgery with the nee plus ultra degree of care. You are in good hands. Excellent hands.

My bad. "nervous wreck" wrong phrase. I did lots of research. Just dreading the long recovery process. Never had surgery nor surgery pain.

I minimized my recovery time by staying horizontal as much as I could. Applied intermittent cold packs for several days. Lots of swelling, but little pain.
Dr. Eid has a reputation for swift recoveries among his patients. Just don't count on doing much of anything for a few days. Too much activity too soon slows recovery. You are allowed to be fragile. Don't try to "he-man" it up too soon. You will be able to do THAT soon enough.
Only "tough it out" with activities which Dr. Eid has approved (like cycling the implant).
Don't worry. You will be fine.
