Are revisions dangerous

I'm investigating a revision by Dr Perito in the future to fix my prominent tubing king but I'm wondering if it's wise to risk infection. Any thoughts or experiences?
67 yr old, married 24 yrs,
Cialis, Trimix since 2004
MIA in 2004
Implanted by Dr Guise on 10/28/21
Pre-op: 6.3" length 6" girth
14 mos post op: 6.5" lento and 6" girth
Revison done by Dr Perito 5/14/25 with a AMS 21+1 LGX

Every time you open your skin there is danger of infection. So, you weigh the risk (minimal with modern techniques and equipment and the more simple operations) with the benefits (relief of pain? better cosmetic appearance? reduced detectability? etc? cost?)

I suppose a tubing kink (did you spell "kink" as "king") might be worthy of straightening if it threatens to result in a failure in the future. You and your surgeon should be able to evaluate that risk.

Revisions are not dangerous. Fact I recovered faster on my second revision. Actually after my second revision I finally got my full length I used to have before implant which is eight inches. So do not worry about revisions. Enjoy! :o
