There's a joke in there somewhere, particularly on an erectile forum.
But seriously folks, many discussion sites have sticky threads covering topics that are important enough that they should stay on the top of the list. I know the phpBB platform has that capability. But it's something site owners / moderators need to want to implement (and to some extent cultivate).
EDIT, and kind of never mind: Actually there are some sticky threads. Maybe there could be a few more.

Sticky Threads
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
