I’m not going to address the politics involved (at least for now lol) but have any of you actually tried a my pillow?

My wife and I are both voracious readers….she read >240 books last year and I read “Atlas Shrugged” in a single sitting. When Mike Lindell’s book came out a few years back she bought it, it came with a $25 MyPillow gift card.

I always figured it would be more typical “as seen on TV” merchandise but I waited until they had a buy one, get one free and ordered a couple of pillows using the gift card. Out of pocket cost maybe 15 bucks or so.

Best. Pillow. Ever. Not even close. I go to sleep quicker, sleep better, wake up with no crock in neck or shoulder pain. As good as his pillows are, the guy should manufacture implants. I’d be swapping out my LGX.

Sometimes it’s good to buy a product and be pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Even if the dude making it has obnoxious commercials on TV.

My wife bought a couple of them but they went in our guest house so I've never actually tried one. I have bought some knock offs, Serta brand I think, bought from a Big Lots store. Chunked up memory foam or something of the sort. I like them a lot. They were cheap, well cheap compared to a My Pillow. One difference is the Serta say you can't wash them while you supposedly can wash the My Pillow. Or I can throw the knock offs away when needed and buy new ones. But yeah, a good pillow is a wonderful thing.

I bought two pillows. One a little firm and the other softer. I used them for about six months and I just did not like them. My neck hurt all the time and I had to go to a therapy place to get treatment. I threw the two pillows away. As far as to Lindell I never gave him much thought until he started supporting a terrible person. Pathological liar, so I figured Lindell must be the same way.

I’m with you Ray. I thought they sucked horribly. I mean have you looked inside one? It’s like they just tore up a bunch of foam into little ragged pieces then put them in a pillowcase and changed $100. Puhleeze. A bag of rocks would be more comfortable.

I hesitate to contribute to this OT thread, but...
After my father retired he became involved with a guy who manufactured bean bag chairs. One day a semi trailer backed up to the plant and disgorged a mountain of recycled chunks of chopped hard foam rubber. My dad asked the guy what he planned to do with it and he was told it was for stuffing pillows. My dad said, "that stuff is like chunks of gravel - nobody could sleep on those!" The reply? "Pillows are not for sleeping, pillows are for selling."
