I was 100% covered by medicare/Kaiser. My personal urologist did the procedure. I have no complaints.

Yeah I have Medicare I think it will leave 3 k $ but pre approved and then they do shit for insurance u pay arms and legs for shit that pisses me off.
54 yo married 24 years. Implant surgery done on 8/21/2018 performed by Dr Miller of Urologic Specialist in Tulsa. AMS MS 700 prosthetic

If you had peronies, you need to use painful intercourse as a cause. Treatment was for pain due to a bend, not sexual performance.

As a disable veteran, I was able to get an implant. I am not sure if a veteran did not have any service-connected disability if the VA would.

But it would not hurt to ask.

Advice:

Get your primary care provider on board. That is key to getting authorization to proceed with the urological specialist.
