I suggest that do not worry about not having an erection in the glans. If your implant is installled correctly, it will extend pretty far into the glans, and you will therefore have no problem penetrating and thrusting even though your glans is not erect.

IF I were to ever consider a ring it would not be a typical tight cockring. There are some that are bendable metal and that have have an indentation or knuckle that could press up on the spongiosum that would put little pressure on the rest of the penis.

I think a better solution is to have a doctor like Dr. Eid do a collagen injection in the glans. It may have to be repeated after a year or so but should plump the head out.

I had to upsize the ring that I once used (before implant) due to that wonderful big girth of the titan. the key is to use a stretchy silicon ring. I like the below referenced ring since it is body friendly and the women will maybe not feel it as much:

This is my first experience with cockrings.

I used a set that I got off Amazon and I tried one that looked like the one posted earlier. I don't know the brands. The ones off Amazon were a set of 3 black silicone rings of different sizes. The largest of the black ones I could get around my clock and balls. I pumped up and at the point of contact it hurt. I thought because of the material it is made out of. I kept it on as long as I could stand but got no engorgement. Then I tried the mid sized one on just my shaft. Because of my tubes I can't get it all the way to the base. Pumped up and the result was the same. Then I tried the one with the grips. The only difference I could see was that it was easier to get on and off.

If you have to use a cock ring after implant, there is something wrong with the implant. A good implant should give you all the hardness plus that you need. If you need a cock ring then you must have a leak some where.

This is not what i hoped to hear. You only have 1 RTE too. Your tubes are about as close as they could get to the base. It seems that everyone's tubes get in the way. The guys that still have glans engorgement are so lucky they have no idea.
How far from the base was the ring?

When I first started using rings there was a lot of trial and error and they did hurt. I can't think of anything other than lots of experimenting to get one that works. I'm surprised there was no engorgement. hmm

Implant doesn't involve the glans, it doesn't involve the corpus spongiosum. Glans isn't influenced one way or the other. Hence the need for rings.
