Just wondering where your cylinders come up to? I just been fitted with a titan so i know the length of the cylinder will not increase. Im just slightly worried that my cylinders end way before my glans and it is completely floppy. See pics.

I see what you mean. That’s seems to fall well short of the glans. Presumably you are not yet cycling/inflating yet?

I did actually manage to inflate to quite a hard state and it did nothing to the glans. If I were to shake my penis the glans would literally wobble at the top. Which is i would say a good inch. I will leave a message with the surgeon and see what is says on the follow up. Seems weird why they would under size. I wonder if a revision of just adding an rte would work at a later date.

There is no way I could do that. When I touch the tip of my glans and push very lightly, I feel
The cylinder tips. It you push down on your glans, can you feel your cylinder tips? Did your doctor mention any scar tissue or anything preventing him from getting the tips way up into the glans?

No i feel nothing until after the glans. It literally allows me to fold the glans over and I can see the ends of the cylinders in the shaft. No never mentioned any scar tissue and there should not be any reason I can think of.
I knew I wasnt going to be that lucky to have a problem free solution!

Ruktitan,

Does your surgery report list the implant size and number of RTE's used?

I would say to give it time. Don't inflate or do anything unless your doc says you can. Maybe after you heal and start cycling things will change. Nothing can be done about it now any way. Keep positive thoughts and take care to prevent infection.

I had planned for a year to see if I have this part of my life where I want it.

Where are you and who did your surgery? Did you contact your surgeon and ask about it? Sorry to say but you implant appears to be a good 1.5 inches too short. :(

My dr had me feel mine the day after. They are very wrll into the glans. Hate to say it but looks like he undersized you. Did dr explain why he gave yoy floppy head.

Cycling is not going to change that. That a hell of a lot of virgin tissue to even attempt to try and go thru
