Based on my readings, Titan is the implant of my choice when I take the plunge within the next few weeks. My doctor agreed with me. A Youtube video summarized the difference of Titan and AMS as:
"Titan is harder when it is hard and AMS is softer when it is soft". I think that sums it up.
Now, with Titan is your erection really a boner? That's what me and my lady are looking for.

By all reports, the Titan will give yo0u a boner harder than your lover finds enjoyable.

By all reports, the AMS CX and AMS LGX each will give yo boners harder than your lover finds enjoyable.

There are probably exceptions, particularly if you have a penis that is so long the AMS (with its smaller diameter and more flexible material) will not get to be over-rigid. But for most normal-sized guys the choice is moot.

I gotta ask (hoping not to be seen as argujentative), If the AMS provides excess rigidity when erect and is more comfortable and natural-looking and feeling when flaccid than the Titan, why go for the Titan? Granted, the Titan has even more excess rigidity when erect than AMS, but if both have excess rigidity, what is the advantage of the Titan that overcomes its excessive stiffness when flacid (when greater softness would be advantageous)?

What are maximum cylinder lengths of AMS and Coloplast?

I've heard of 28cm. Titan XLs

You are correct, but if longer is needed, they will use RTEs (rear tip extender).

Silly discussion unless surgery could match your penis to the implant. Put a redwood in your pants!

I have only had the Titan. But, the crinkly, plasticy, constant semi when flaccid is annoying. It's hard to find comfortable underwear. Some clothes won't work with this thing.
I'm not crazy about the pump either. Perhaps there are also problems with the LGX, but I haven't heard too many complaints here about them. Anyway - just my opinion.

I agree. Those that like the rock hard dicks are the ones that say "my wife doesn't like it cranked all the way up" And then there is the dog ear issue. I love my LGX and lookin forward to gaining length and girth. Here is where I would normally say "just my 2 cents but, Canada did away with the penny so, here's my nickel. :)
