I use a vibrating cock ring sometimes. Doesnt do much for the erection but the wife seems to dig it. Makes me a himan sex toy !

Why Not?
It definitely feels good and it keeps the head of my cock engorged with blood. That in turn becomes more sensitive and satisfying.
My glans is not as hard as before the implant. I use a VED to pump it up even more and that gives me a greater "HARD" glans if i use the ring. No problem with my Titan so far but I AM CAREFUL.

Like you, I had venous leak but my glans was the same as my shaft.. I could
get blood in with stimulation, but both shaft and glans would go soft again quickly...
I can now penetrate with lube and some blood in glans but I am firmer with a cock ring, so I generally use one
and my girlfriend has said I am firmer inside her with a cock ring..
At first I was angry because I went to the trouble of getting an implant and then
needing a cock ring really pissed me off. But I have no problem putting one on now
actually like the feeling and seeing veins bulging increases my confidence..
Some guys can get a hard glans but not shaft before implant
These are the guys that will not need a cockring after implant..
In other words your glans will be the same after implant as before

I asked my doc this week whether the glans would engorge after the surgery. He said that sometimes it does and sometimes not. If it doesn't, he said the use of Muse might be warranted.
Since I'm not implanted yet, I don't know how it will be for me, but that was at least an option. Next time I see him, which won't be for a while now, I"ll ask about the use of a cock ring.

Are you suggesting that getting an engorged glans has something to do with how your implant is done?
It does not. It has only to do with whether you get blood to the penis during arousal and that is totally dependant on how severe your ED is before and after surgery.
