Getting implanted in 11 days. Reading the pre and postop instructions and looks like my Dr. wants me to wear either a jock strap or bicycle shorts. I wanted to poll the group to see what your experience and suggestions would be. Doing an Infrapubic incision with an AMS 700 LGX.

I left the hospital wearing a jockstrap. I believe it was in the third day after surgery my doc wanted me to take it off, remove the gauze packing surrounding my junk, and to clean it up. After that I wore snug fitting boxer briefs until I was healed.

I discovered that Stageman underwear, available at Amazon, are amazing. Be prepared. They are highly contoured to support our anatomy, particularly post-implant.

Mike,
I love Mike Stageman’s video about how he created the perfect underwear. He’s a cool guy and creative. There are a lot of other brands of underwear that have that extra room in the pouch for our junk and most cost less. Are Stageman underwear really that much better or is it just the concept that works for you?

Greg,
Interesting question. I have to admit I have limited exposure to all varieties of men’s underwear, particularly that which could be characterized as “erotic.” Now, Mr. Stageman proposes to offer a pragmatic solution to a niche market, however other brands such as Obviously have similar designs and do appear to be marketed as erotic.

I own both brands and bought them to find a better solution for my new Coloplast flaccid state. Of the two, I prefer Stageman. Why?

I think I prefer the greater cotton content in Stageman. The seam in the pouch on Stageman feels more comfortable against my glans. I have adjusted to the longer inseam of the Stageman; I had preferred shorter, lower-rise trunk-style boxer briefs.

I will snap a pic of me and my Stageman in a minute and post it after this.

If there are other brands that are lower cost, I have not come across them.

Heads up, I have recently been unable to find Stageman at Amazon, as I had mentioned earlier. Not sure what’s up with the business.

I wear David Archy Micro Modal Separate Pouch Briefs because my Titan never really goes flaccid. The separate pouch keeps my dick from rubbing on my clothes like it does with other pouch underwear. I tried several other kinds. I don't really like any of them. But, these work best for me. They're $25 for a pack of 4 on Amazon. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DYQ6AEM/re ... UTF8&psc=1

Take a look at " King Style " double pouch. You can buy the style for up or down dress.
