The dick itself is not curved, the whole thing comes out at a bit of an angle to the right. I also notice that I'm quite "flat" now rather than round shaped. I can deal with the bend to one side which the Uro says is becuase of the tubing but the thinness and shortness is ruining my relationship. Uro says he thinks the width/girth is good. I am not sure what other patients he has. He generally is a high volume implanter and seems to say he thinks the result is good and I should be happy with it. He said he couldn't make it any longer as the tips are quite close to the top of the glans. He said its the longest you can have it. He explained that its like you cant put a bigger tyre tube in a tyre. Whilst he says the girth is good, I know I am smaller and thinner now and its the lack of girth thats becoming an issue.
I cycle every day, try to leave it inflated for about 40 minutes a day. I'm about 3.5 inch flaccid and about 4 and 1/8 inch erect. I had hoped I would gain some size after my daily cycling and 3 months out I dont see any change in size at all. I can only get about 6 full pumps in before the pump wont have any give. If I wait a few minutes I might be able to get another full one in. The thing is maxxed out then. I try and do multiple small little pumps and get slightly larger but it seems thats about all the implant will give me. Im still really thin like a pencil!
Please help me through this. I am in total despair. I had thought the implant would be the final answer for me.
Lean on us, that's what we are here for. The first thing I thought about was that your implant is not fully inflated. My inflated dick is not much bigger than yours and at first I was only able to get in a few pumps but you gotta keep at it. The AMS is designed so that you can pump it a thousand times and will only get as big as the cylinders will allow but it should be more than 6 pumps. What is your girth measurement? Have you tried contacting the AMS rep about the only 6 pumps thing? The number is 1 (844) 433-2873 or contact your surgeon. If your wife really loves you she will understand. Do you have or have you tried sex toys? The little clit buzzer and dildo is our favourites. Hope this helps.

AMS 18 cm + 2 RTE's. My surgeon gave me a card to carry with me at all times. When first starting out I could only get 6 pumps. Now I am at 10 pumps after several months of usage. I try to do real full pumps that are all alike for consistency, but the last 2-3 don't empty the pump bulb entirely.
The wife doesn't like me to use 10 pumps, we are trying 6 now. She had a problem with my broomstick hardness. We thought she had kidney problems, but after a CAT scan, the Dr. surmised that my 10 pump broomstick had done it. He thought she had been jostled around in there and maybe rearranged something. It HAD been a couple of years with only irregular sex. The problem may have been that in my hopes to have an orgasm (not assured), I may have tried thrusting too long to get over the top, She is patient and wants me to enjoy her, but I think I just carried it too far. If I can't do it in 5 or 10 minutes, I stop and let her insides rest. She is okay with 6 pumps now and we may try 7 soon.

I am not going to lecture you for your position, just state a comment. As you age, maturity helps to shape your life views. Copy and pase your posting, read it is 10 years, and analyze what has happened in your life that has either change your perspective, or strengthen it. I really think it will be dramatically different.

At 20 years old you are just beginning to experience adulthood and have a lot yet to learn. Based on your comments about love, you obviously have not found it yet. We love our Moms because they are our moms. With regards to other women, we seek out someone we want to be with and CHOOSE to fall in love. When two people find that it is very special, not just attraction. If a woman really loves you she is not self-centered and will not treat you like shit. Hopefully as you mature you will understand this.

I believe Asian men have the smallest dicks and wonder what their women feel. Maybe a Western man with a smallish dick should get an Asian lady...?

There is a laser operation your wife can get to make her smaller. After our last child and my vasectomy, my wifes Ob/gyn asked her how big I was. She being so embarrassed and a virgin when we met had no idea what average was.She said average. He put her back together very tight. She is tighter than when she was a virgin. I wish the OP would have (or will) post an update to his situation.
It really seemed he had a bad installation, possibly even with a CXR.
It also would be good to see what another urologist had to say.

Sadly, their system is so messed up. Under nourished, pictures of the people in the cities show a population that looks like early teenagers in height.

I'm with David R as what if she had implants due to reconstruction after breast cancer god forbid. Having a 5' erection is much better then a 6" soft dick that you need a band on for only 30 minutes. Took over a year for me to get back and still love what the Doctor gave me.
