over the last few months i have noticed that , maybe, hands free entry is not as easy as before implant. I would say that before implant, with injections, I was erect at a 2:30 angle. Now I am 3:00 angle, so hands free entry is not as easy as before --- but this is really a small issue compared to everything else. Essentially, I can do everything better when it comes to sex after being implanted.

Currently skiing in Japan and it is a bit of a hassle wrangling my cock out of thermal longs plus ski pants to have a whizz.....feels good though knowing I probably have the longest flaccid at the urinals, and I have a quiet chuckle as I am carefully ‘folding’ him back in before carefully zipping up
