What does it mean?

In signature guys have ( titan 18cm +2cm) or 15 +1.5. what is this ? a size of implant ? what is the 2 # mean?
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck

The 2nd number is the Rear Tip Extender size. I believe it is used to help fit the implant correctly inside the body.
52. Implanted AMS 700 LGX 12/5/17 - Youngstown, OH. Had ED issues as far back as I can remember. Tried all pills and injections for 20 years.

The first # is the cylinders in cm and the second # is rte's (rear tip extenders). 1 cm extenders that are used at the rear of the cylinders (near the pelvis end).
