Before two bouts with prostate cancer, I was 7 x 7. 20 years later after a LRP and a second bout taking 35 radiation treatment. I am a Kramer installed 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. If anything, I am better able to please my partners now.

What length gives you is more positions options during love-making. Girth is what gives us more assurance that our partner will feel more vaginal friction, hence sexual pleasure.

I agree. I lost some length but I don't care that much because I am so much more functional than I ever was since my prostate surgery. My dick works, before it was just a limp noodle.
