I've seen several interviews on YouTube of a television reporter that got an implant due to his diabetes. In most of the interviews, he shows a child concieved after the implant was installed. He looked to be in his 40's, maybe very early 50's. Hard to tell cause the television people use quite a bit of makeup & frequently dye their hair.

Yes... but its surprising that no one is this forum ever mentioned about siring a new family post implant
I have heard that one of the medical reasons for getting an implant is specifically to enable impregnating a woman. Perhaps new fathers are too busy to post here. I do know that production and delivery of sperm is not supposed to be affected by having an implant.
