because of a lots of baceteria near around penis/vagina and anus
I wonder if rush sex(sex without shower) can increase infection rates.

If it is true, I will never have sex without a shower.

I suspect unwashed sex is more risky for the woman than for the man.

A dirty penis can introduce contaminants into a woman.

A dirty vagina can introduce contaminants to a penis.

However, a penis can be washed off after sex. A vagina is more difficult to decontaminate (before OR after sex).

But I will give you something a woman said once. "If a man says to me, ''We don't have to bathe, we can be dirty together.' ; He is HISTORY."

Not at hand, but there are written reports that semen providess antibacterial properties on the vaginal environment.

All of the surgeons and doctors that I have asked about this have told me that the pseudocapsule (scar-tissue) that forms around the implant after some time will protect the implant from any local infection.

Hopefully it is true. :)

Not really relating to the issue of infection, but I have found that sex without a shower (that day, anyway) or brushing the teeth (immediately before) can be disgusting. I personally brush my teeth and wash my genitals and arm pits before sex (and my wife does, too -- which I am glad of because one of the most disgusting odors for me is an unclean vaginal area; I would imagine that an unclean penis and scrotum smells just as bad to others as well).
