Thanks Colin. Nowadays, much of the libido issues for the younger generation is caused by porn addiction. Many young people would rather jerk off while watching porn rather than be with a partner. I personally fell for the porn trap and I could see it detrimental impact on the libido.

I totally understand Matt and agree. A tough rule to follow at any age. And I'll bet many young guys (or older) consider the warnings more as scare tactics with some other hidden agenda behind them rather than the sincere caring message they actually do carry. I'm not sure at what age such damage can begin, but I was certainly doing my share of masturbating for months or a year before I ever experienced actual ejaculation. Then, the night THAT happened, I wasn't sure what I did to it! (Guess my dad left out a few details... or more like ALL of them!) But it sure felt amazing. Can't comment about others reactions however I can say I used to think about whether porn affected my libido and erections. Like many blokes I used to watch some porn and have a wank a couple of times a week to infill the decaying amount of sex on offer from the ex wife.

Before you jump into the implant, if you're 25 years old and having libido issue, then I recommend the following:
- Get checked for hormonal balances: Estrogen (E2), Prolactin and Testosterone. E2 and Prolactin can kill your libido even if Testosterone is fine and that could be indicative of other troubles.
- I hope you did not use Propecia and other hair regrowth products. Kiss your libido goodbye for ever for that.
- Most importantly, Abstain completely from PORN or MASTURBATION. That includes arousing images from the Internet, movies, etc.

1- I had almost all types of test for different causes of ED (hormonal, vascular, anatomical) All came back normal. I still have severe ED. (Both when i am with my partner and by myself and i have no morning woor or nocturnal erections)
2- I did not use Propecia but i did use SSRI class antidepressants. When i first realized i had ED (2 years ago) i was using Zoloft(Sertralin). At first i though it was the reason for my ED, but it has been 11 months since i quit Zoloft, unfortunately my ED has progressed and it is worse than before now.
3- I was not a porn/fap addict before, but i have been abstaining from them for the last 2 months. So far i have seen no benefit.
4- I do have an attractive, sexy, horny AND understanding girlfriend, i am doing all the things you said, unfortunately i just cant get hard
