It takes me about 30 - 40 seconds to get a rock hard erection. Sponeniety is still there. What’s not still there is the anxiety of not getting it up. :D

I've reached the end of treatment options outside of injections and pumps which I can't even fathom would work in my community. Venous leakage diagnosed with ultrasound. Shock wave treatments and pills failed. I've been battling ED for my active sex life, since my 20s. Women seem to want to move a little slower for the most part. But guys just want to throw down. I'm sure I don't want that kind of first encounter, but still I'm concerned about timing and spontaneity in a dating situation. I'd like to have a date or more that eventually ends up leading to a potential for a sexual encounter. How do you manage inflation without your date being aware? Can you semi inflate ahead of time to decrease time for full inflation? Can you inflate during the time of foreplay? It's one thing to have an understanding wife or partner and, at least in my mind, another to have a first sexual encounter with a new and unsuspecting person. Would greatly appreciate any successful techniques used by others in these situations.
Thanks

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

I was implanted 6/1/2015 with AMS 700cx and I wasn't getting a full erection that was rock hard. I went to see my urologist and he instructed me about the best and proper way to get best results. The first thing you need to do is deflated completely. Start pumping and feel for the pop, if you don't get the pop deflate again till you feel the pop. Once you get the pop pump 15 times and stop. massage your erection for about a minute or two and then pump 15 more times. I followed his directions and it seems to work for me. I usually excuse myself to the restroom and pump up before starting play that way we don't have to wait and can start intercourse as soon as the lady is ready.

We just used it for the second time last night. First you’ll never have a “totally” or “completely” flaccid ever again. Your Urologist should explain this part of the implant. Anyhow I can give it 10 good pumps right now to be hard enough for intercourse. Wife likes it like that at first...we played a while and then pumped it up 19 more times and had some more fun and then another 15 pumps and was rock hard and as thick as I used to get...only issue right now was the damn pain in the glands after sex that feel like sharp needles in my glands every so often, mostly going away now that it has been 24 hours.

Yeah, and it's still hard to get that in to my head as the new normal. I guess I just have to keep practicing  .

Oh yeah, I can identify with that. Took me a few weeks to realize I don’t have to sweat it anymore, it’s going to get up. I was still in the old mindset. Old habits don’t go away easily.

RE. First you’ll never have a “totally” or “completely” flaccid ever again. I am 11 weeks out and this is my experience. My deflated dick is large looking (5.5” long, 5” girth) and sits high on my crowded scrotum which also contains an artificial sphincter. I am now a phenom at the gym. Even straight guys sneak a peek. Nice change at age 75.
