So I asked my Dr. About size. He said he installed 22cm. The card I got it reads 18cm. He said 22 total but 18cm inflatable. Does that sound about right to you guys?
1 more question I have always wore boxers, I cant anymore,but briefs rub against my skin. What do you guys wear or reccomend?

I am three weeks post op so I am still not totally adjusted to the cylinders pushing against my glans. Depending on if I am wearing jeans, slacks, gym shorts, etc. I have worn boxers, boxer briefs, and briefs. The looser the outer layer is, the tighter the underwear is. Whe wearing jeans I wear boxers. My dick presses against the jeans, but I don't mind people seeing that I am a man.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I wear regular Fruit of the Loom jockeys. Shortly after implant I wear one size small. Now they are just mixed in and I wear whichever I pull out.....

Regarding your size query, you must have 18cm cylinders + 4cm RTEs (rear tip extenders) which as I understand are between the inflatable cylinders and the pelvic bone with the purpose of holding the cylinders in place.
ED since 35 with no known cause -- injections successful for over a decade with 10/1/30 and less than 20units but that became ineffective. Implanted penoscratally by Dr. Kramer of Baltimore on 9/13/17 with AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 0.5cm RTE at 47 years old

I had problems with my glans rubbing against just about everything I wore and it was fucking annoying.
Now? Like all the other little issues associated with having a prostheses inserted into one’s body........ Snap!!!
At over 9 months post op the only thought I have to deal with is will I plug the gorgeous Miss H both before work ...AND after work today! :lol:

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

AMS 700 has an 18 cm model, so your doc probably used 4 cm of rear tip extenders (RTE). This gives you a total of 22 cm. Approximately 5 cm of the AMS (and Coloplast) devices are not inflatable. If this is the case, you have approximately 13 cm that is inflatable. This does not directly translate to penis size. There can be some variations among patients.

Everyone is different on the subject of underwear. I wear boxer briefs, and they have become more comfortable as the healing process continues and the deflated cylinders become more flexible.
