I'm 3 months implanted. I didn't touch mine for 6 weeks. Then it was very tender. The pump is a ams 700 is a bulb that gets hard as a rock after just a few pumps. It will soften up with cycling it. My sack is still sore and feels a bit bruised inside when I pump it. Relax it's going to get better. It takes a lot longer than anyone tells you.I've heard 6months before it's like part of you.
Turning 60 August of 2017. July 18 of 2017 implanted with ams 700. Have had ED for over 15 years. Diabetic for 20 years. Had five heart bypassed done in 2013. Married 37 years.

Sorry you having so much pain. I have the same implant that you got. I didn't have a lot of pain after the first three weeks. I did have a problem with the hard bulb but I kept working it in the shower and hot bath. It took time but at 5 weeks I had my first encounter with my wife. It left me a tad sore but it was worth it.
I didn't experience any of the pain around the head of my dick. I don't know what to tell you about that. Are still taking any meds?

My first Titan was "improperly installed" and was painful for months. My second (Dr Perito) was not really painful (after the first night in the hospital) and I had sex 17 days post op. My third Titan was a little more painful and it was longer before I could have sex. I also often sleep "pumped"..... Good luck!

It took me regular and frequent pumping up for a few years to finally get back to my original pre-prostatectomy-and-followed-by atrophied size. But it was worth it. :D

This is a fact. When I had my AMS activated 6 1/2 weeks after being implanted. I could only pump it up to 4 inches. I'm now at almost 6 inches at almost 4 months out. The pump will get easier to pump. On activation day, I could only pump it maybe 7 or 8 times. I now pump it 30 to 35 times. It's gets easier.
