The rest of the pump (including the release valve) seems to be attached to a large, flat slab of tissue that is attached to the front of the scrotum and to the underside of the penis. This means I can't achieve full penetration because this lump blocks the way.

My AMS got attached to my testicle, the surgeon tried twice to activate me and could not, the 3rd time, the nurse helped me to activate myself. Every time I pump it hurt.
Finally, I saw another surgeon, Dr Carrion, he said I needed surgery to detached the pump. I had other small issues, so he suggested the revision.

It is not the same as you, but most likely, you will need surgery.
Good luck

Thanks BBB. My surgeon says that the pump is positioned correctly and that the tissue I feel is scarring. He thinks it will diminish over time.
