I would pee and squeeze it all out before having sex. Then put a and towel between my wife legs because I always Leake again on orgasm. My nerves were removed, same as OP. Finally got an 800 aus. No more leakage. Getting an AUS is like getting an implant. You need a very experienced surgeon. AUS comes in 3 sizes because all urethras are not the same size. It takes a skilled surgeon to select the proper size. Not to loose, (still dribble) not to tight (Painful constriction) Just right is what you want. After I got my AUS activated, I had the best sex in a year. I knew the leakage bothered my wife but didn't understand how bad. We played for over an hour.
