We became bionic the same day. I had my surgery on Jan 19th as well.
I don't think I lost any length. What I measured before surgery wasn't accurate, because I didn't have a full erection. Just pulled my penis to the maximum and measured. I am about 5" erect now.
I lost about 2 inches since my prostate surgery in 2017. I am not sure if I can get any of that back. I will continue on cycling.
Feel the tips of your cylinders when inflated. If they are reaching the glans, then you are not undersized. You may regain the lost length. This is what I think.

I had my implant operation on 19 january of this year. AMS Boston 3 pieces.
Today (almost 7 weeks after the surgery), i'm scared. My penis was 17,5cm (6,889764 inches) and today, take a look of how it looks like when inflated: (12 MAX 13cm)
I can't use that, the glans is small and even with cialis (tadalafil) it gets little bit more harder but not enough to have sex.
(My english isnt that good but i hope you understand me, and if someone have the same issue, please let me know about your situation)

NOT INFLATED (9/10cm)

INFLATED (12/13cm MAXIMUM)

As you can see, the curve is really bad. It looks like there is no erection. The cylinders stop there:

Hey man! If your measurements are correct you have a lot of signs of being undersized and you need to take action. Both while you wait and reaching out for doctors to have a revision. You can book online consultations with several doctors and show them by video whats going on. I read here that Dr. Tariq Hakky is also doing those, as well as Dr. Eid.

where are you located?

Hey thank you for this response. Yes, i think there is a problem but mostly People say that it is normal and i have to wait that the implant starts "growing" and i hope they are right. But i would like to have some more opinions about that and like you said, if it is possible to have a vidéo call with à specialist to show him whats going on i would take this opportunity.

I live in Belgium. I already booked 5 consultations, 9march, 17march with the doctor that implanted me this, 06april in the best belgian hospital (in louvain) for a IRM (RADIO), 07april with the Best doctor of implants in Belgium (Dr. Andrianne) and 08april in Louvain for the results of the radio.

When i look at the forum, i see People talking about "cycling" and doing like 30..40..50..70 pumps. So what is cycling ?

And for me, i can pump only 1 time, after that, the pump is that hard that i cant pump anymore. Im confused.

Did you get instructions from your doctor about when you should start cycling (inflating and deflating everyday)?
From what you wrote, it seems you don't inflate. That is why maybe you see a smaller size.
I started cycling 2 weeks ago. It was painful the first 2 days, then gradually, I am being able to pump more and more. You should try to inflate by squeezing till the pain, and keep inflated for a bout 30 minutes, twice a day.

Cycling is the regular & frequent inflation of the implant to the max that is barely bearable. This is using the hydralic pressure of the implant to stretch your penile tissue. The frequent inflating also makes the implant pliable so that it can slowly get stretched also.
This is a very basic description of what happens. Most surgeons & at least one study support this style of therapy after surgery. Good luck.
