Gentlemen: I've been pontificating around here for a few years. Decided to accept Donnie's invitation to post a pic. Actually three of my 18mm Titan which was implanted in January 2016. The views are first flaccid, second erect with no stimulation and third lying on my back.

Same here..
I wish I wasn't cut, but been doing manual tugging for around 8 months to restore some foreskin. I have seen changes. ( just wanting to get some coverage around the rim).

Any special technique or regimen to your manual tugging?

I've a whole box full of foreskin restoration devices I made over the years. I figured out how to make T tapes very quick and easy. Have the Pud and nearly every commercial device made too. A friend and I met on a forum when he mentioned he was probably the only person there that tried to restore his foreskin. He was quite successful and I know his doctor says it looks natural real. I never had any success but little did I know the few years I tried, I was in such poor health there was no way I could grow anything new, my body was fighting to stay alive and I did not know it. I hate being cut. If I kept my glans covered pulling the skin up with the T-tape and put a rubber band around the tape to keep it in place, after several weeks the skin would get very soft, pink and sensitive. I wish I could keep it that way all the time. My P.U.D. is another item I planned on putting on ebay this week to divest myself of. Cheers.

Those are great and you have a great looking piercing. Love it...and wish i could get my frenulum pierced. lol

For me, having RP and using VED pump, I become uncut again. My glans is always covered at least 3/4 and sometimes completely.
I hate it.
Implant ( if it happens) might change uncut status back to cut again for which I read it here, it prevents penis from turtle effect.
Sick and tired from digging it out every time I have to urinate.

My implant caused my uninflated length to increase by 1.5", and I think that is common. (No more "turtle effect" or shrinking up in the cold even.)
