Fully inflated (or at least until I get tired of squeezing bulb) I top out at 6 1/2 long, 5 1/2 circumference.
That’s down from 6.8x6.0 pre surgery.
Hard to believe I’m saying this, but to hell with that lost size. .3” length is irrelevant, yeah I miss having the heft of a 6” thick dick but this thing is so hard I don’t really care.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I had my implant operation on 19 january of this year. AMS Boston 3 pieces.
Today (almost 7 weeks after the surgery), i'm scared. My penis was 17,5cm (6,889764 inches) and today, take a look of how it looks like when inflated: (12 MAX 13cm)
I can't use that, the glans is small and even with cialis (tadalafil) it gets little bit more harder but not enough to have sex.
(My english isnt that good but i hope you understand me, and if someone have the same issue, please let me know about your situation)
