58 yrs old, married 30 yrs, Implanted 07-21-16 AMS 700 LGX (18cm x 12mm with 5cm RTEs 10cm up and 13cm down)
2 TURPS developed penile neuropathy. Experienced moderate ED I could get erections but could not always keep them. Very happy with implant.

That's one impressive dick. That's porn star quality. Please understand, an implant is not a way to get a longer and bigger dick. A qualified surgeon can only attempt to give you back what God originally gave you. It is a myth that a 6" dick can become an 8" with an implant. Maxxx has always had a beautiful dick. Most of us would kill for half of it!

Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!

Brothers, let's please stick to the subject of implants so that discussions dont get hijacked. (I know that many guys have strong feelings about the foreskin, but I truly believe that we need to stay focused on implants on this site.) Thank you, brothers.

Well said. General discussion would be a better place for this discussion. Foreskins are a touchy subject. There will never be total agreement. Kinda like Titan and AMS.
