Since my doctor apparently short-sized me because he couldn't penetrate the fibrosis of the corpora, the rear tips only go about an inch into the proximal corpora and I believe my doctor placed the corporotomies right at the base of my penis in the sides of the corpora, not further into the penoscrotal area as they are apparently usually placed. My tubing feels like it comes out the sides, under the skin and then they wrap around to the urethral area where they're tied together with non-absorbable stitches, then they go down to the pump in the scrotum.

Thanks guys! Agree Mike to take “cowgirl slow”. I was mentally strong last night and decided to wait another week for intercourse as the dr advised. Well as many have stated here, just give it time. Hopefully the cylinder on the left will settle in a bit with time, maybe even pushing through the fibrosis a bit more, to even out your deflated shape.
