Any clue as to what "tips" her off? If not the pump or valve mechanism in the scrotum, is it the tubing, the feeling of the inflatable portion (here, Coloplast may be more detectable than the AMS devices) or the tips in the glans? all of what you mentioned are possibilities. Its extremely hard but you don't have to pump that much either. The tips can be felt in the glans by hand so I'm guessing she could feel it with her Mouth. I don't have first hand experience lol but if you have had oral with a few natural hardons I think you would be able to tell something was different.
