Just feels so strange every time I touch my sack!
But I'm guessing once I start using it, I'll forget all about how strange it feels.

Not very long with first one except for those damnable corners sticking out on that AMS pump and it's insistent antagonization of the rt nut. Second implant, the pump feels natural but something about it keeps my ball sack sore and red all the time. Balls have no conflict with this one. By hand feel, the titan pump feels natural like it belongs there. Nuts did not like the AMS partner. 4 months 3 days on this one now.

4 mos out and still have trouble finding comfortable ways to sit. Driving is uncomfortable. Finally got underwear (agacio) that doesn't jam the boys when I sit down or bend over. Can't ride a bike any more, but can use the reclined type at the gym. Jeans? forget it, anyone need a dozen pair?

I agree with Zlylpk.... No more jeans and driving ... Well it's just uncomfortable.
Been 4 months for me and I am just now getting somewhat used to it-
I would still recommend an implant to anyone that is giving it thought though

I am 7 months out with the AMS and I can't tell it's there unless I touch it. My doctor put it above my balls on the right side. I have no discomfort at all when I set, drive or anytime.

I will be two years out, AMS 700, and don't notice mine most of the time. It did cause some discomfort for the first 9 months or so. First my left testicle and the pump "fought" over who was going to be where. Also, that summer was a bit uncomfortable. My junk was bigger and I had to use powder to prevent irritation. Now almost two years out. I wear tight underwear. Riding a lawnmower is uncomfortable unless I fold a washcloth and "pad" my scrotum and penis.
I never stopped wearing jeans. Very small discomforts for the pleasure it brings.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm only 3 1/2 weeks out, so still adjusting to it. I'm Not really uncomfortable, it's just a strange feeling.

Ed,
At 9 months post opp today. I only notice it when I shower or pump up. Mine is at the bottom of my scrotum and easily accessible. Eventually you'll hardly notice it but you'll be so glad you have it!

Mine is the same.... perfectly centred at the bottom and back of my ball bag.
Only know its there when I shower or put it to use.... Always comfy....oh and it pushes my real nuts slightly forward which pushes my cock a bit forward which in turn gives me an incredible look and feel before I jump in the water to swim train
