I can only get a few pumps until I can't pump anymore. I get a whopping 3.5 inches. Not a happy camper. any recommendations ?

Try to get in another pump after waiting 10 minutes. Then try another every 10 minutes.

Yeah. Same for me. Few pumps. Pause, few more. Pause. And so on. But based on every ones a count. It will take time. We need to be patient. I am only 4 weeks post op.

Woody, I don't know what implant you have. My AMS would only pump a few pumps on one side of the pump. If I change positions and squeezed it 90 degrees from the no pump position, it would pump fine. Always was that way. If you a just too sore, then move the pump position around so you are not squeezing the same place in your sack all the time. It will toughen up in time. Have you tried 2 handed? Another suggestion besides the pump, then wait 10 minutes and pump some more is to squeeze the pump and hold it. I find if I do that, more fluid goes in. It is so slow you do not realize it till you release and feel it fill the pump again. Usually I can get as many as 7 additional pumps that way when I can get no more otherwise. Hope this helps.

These are good tips. Will try them myself cause pump is very hard when first trying to inflate.

Don't rush yourself into pumping baby step at a time, as they say, so no pushing.

tried all the above. nothing works. I heard the pop. I can't squeeze any harder and still no inflation. Like squeezing a marble. No give. Kramer did it in his office, but told me to practice at home. It ain't f'n workin.

I had the same problem for the first few months. Then discovered there are positions where it pumps easier than others. I finally got it to budge by pulling down on the pump (kinda like trying to pull it down toward your ankles) at the same time as squeezing the bulb with both hands. Soaking in a warm bath first, during and after, helps me move things around since there are now three boys to deal with. Watching and mimicking the guy on Karpman's youtube video helped for placement of hand and fingers, although he makes it look so easy. Pumping is much better now after a few months, but the release button is still a bear.

I'm just under 4 inches with what I can pump up. Will my penis grow longer in time if I can get the pumping down ?

I am just speculating, but it sounds like a kink in the tubing. Can you trace the tubing and feel with your fingers if there is a kink or if the tubing seems to be under tension (which might make a kink where you cannot feel it.

You have my sympathy. They really should break these things in at the factory before sending them out.
