I'm usually a boxer over briefs guy, but i am getting no support and certainly no comfort in this my 4th almost 5th week post surgery. Boxers give no support, especially in the area where my pump meets my scrotum.

Any recommendations?

With my new 6" flacid my old briefs didn't give me any support. I wear pouch briefs from a company in China called
'Banggood'. Get the largest size.

I am about where you are and was a boxer/no underwear guy before surgery.I looked through the forum and went with Andrew Christian"Trophy Boy" Briefs and man that is the ticket with an implant. I got mine off Amazon.

I always wore boxers before my implant, but after I switched to briefs. Nothing special, just plain Fruit of the Loom. Works for me.

Thanks brothers i just bought some pouch briefs from amazon, they are coming tomorrow. I was hoping for 100% cotton but most of them are 95% cotton with 5% stretchy material

I needed to buy a size bigger to fit my stuff.

I now leak after urinating. I used to wear boxers except when working out I use briefs. With boxers I leak. With briefs I don't. Bought boxer briefs and so far so good.

Not sure what to say about underwear.....I keep on squeezing into my old supply...I am 13 weeks out and on many days I am most comfortable with a few pumps in my implants (Titan) and carefully position my cock pointing left across ways snug in my briefs.
I like it partially inflated because it can be annoying deflated and I don't like feeling the 'crinkle' not far from the base of my penis.
I shape a fair bit to the left but point straight out (only a jot under 7" erect) and slightly up when fully inflated.
I don't feel I need any support as such, I'm actually at my most comfortable walking around nude at my GF's place about half inflated......she loves it!
But I do struggle some days to be 'unaware' of the fact I have a 6" half flaccid member floating around in my shorts.
Am I complaining? Hell no!!
My Titan is amazing.....glad I didn't put off having it installed!!

International Jock and find "John Sievers" they have a nice pouch for keeping the beast under control. It also lets the ladies know you have some equipment

The first few months after the operation I didn't wear any underwear, it was way too uncomfortable. Now, since a long time already, I'm absolutely fine with boxers.
