Ryan, I take that you don't have an implant yet... most of us implantees have a 3 o'clock position or lower. Some are higher when inflated but most aren't. For instance, mine is around 4 o'clock or 4:30 when inflated. That means between 60-45 degrees or midway between horizontal and pointing down toward the floor.

I never paid much attention to the angle before the implant post implant my angle is just down from 3. My wife and I enjoy doggie style and all I’ve noticed is she cums sooner than me. In missionary position I seem to cum at about the same time or sometimes sooner than she does.
No matter what position we are enjoying the fact that I don’t have to wait for meds to work rather they were oral or injections.

Mine is at 3pm and noticed a problem having sex standing so i now avoid sex in the shower. Reverse cowgirl does put some strain if she bends forward but other positions are all good.

No problem with any position and trust me, we’ve tried them all. On injections I had problems with lying down.

You are correct. My erection angle did change post implant. I pointed up now straight out. Geometry is different. Break out your copy of Kama Sutra and have fun

Hi . I have a Spectra semi rigid since 40 days. Standing, it point 3:30 or 4.
My problem is that it's very soft at the base. Just making a light touch, falls to point 5. Also is so easy to make it point to the left or right.Is it normal? Are there videos showing a semi rigid?
