There is a pressure relief valve built into an AMS that prevents over pumping. Also there is only a limited amount of saline in the reservoir. You can literally pump indefinitely. My Stretching Routine specifically says I had 30 good pumps for a useable erection.

Yep, just did a count.....about 30 pumps to ‘just right’ for pounding pussy, 3 more to feel very tight, and 2 x 1/2 further pumps to be uncomfortable/stretching/cycling

Unfortunately, my stretching routine only seems to work with the AMS due to pressure relief valve in device. AMS guys, please give it a try.

My wife and I totally agree.

I would love to know if this routine' works with an LGX. It works with an AMS for some guys. Positive Results.

is it possible to increase the chance of getting an upgrade in size if your getting a new implant?

I've heard from a lot of guys on that a revision is usually larger.

sweet!! I am however switching from my titan which seemed to be a pump failure since about week 2 and is currently still in me. I will be having my surgery on aug. 1st so less than 30 days to go. I have been doing skin stretching excerises on the shaft and there is plenty of extra skin to use if i do get blessed with a bigger implant. I will also be switching from the titan to ams.Unless the doctor objects, I will use the lgx model if my measurement is 21cm or less and if more than 21 cm I would like the cx model. Just a FYI, I did find this cream called novoglan that caused the skin cells to really relax, thus making skin stretching so easy, painless and permenant. the novoglan however is expensive (around 50 bucks for 1.7 oz) and is from australia but is for sale only on amazon. maybe this info will come in handy for someone. shipping does take a few days since its coming from overseas so try to allow for that. good luck to anyone embarking on this.

Regarding your model implant, don't overlook that you can add RTEs to the LGX, depending on your anatomy. In my case, I now have a 2.0 cm RTE. When added to my LGX 21 I have a total of 23 cm. My Titan was a 20 with 1 cm RTE.

It looks like we're in a similar situation. I'm four weeks out from my Titan 20 to LGX 21 revision. So far, I'm pleased but sex is still a week away so can't make a fair comparison yet. I will tell you that at this point I'm happier with the LGX. Anyway, we need to keep in touch.
