I am constantly working on my routine to achieve the desired results sooner. I am working on a program that increases girth also.

I am working on a routine that increases length and girth. Here's what I have so far.


Wake up - hot shower - coffee
Measure flaccid dick - length 6"
girth 5" at base

Playing with dick.
While flaccid And after every 10 to 20 pumps (start with 10 and work up). Do as many sessions as you like. Stop if you feel pain. I do about 6-8 with 20 pumps now.

1. Pull and gently stretch using both hands for grip, if preferred , and always below the head. Never pull on the head. 10 times to a slow count of 10. Feel the stretch.
2. Press at base of dick with thumbs on top 30 times slowly. Press and pump all along shaft starting at base and stopping at head 20 times at least. Play with and pump your dick. Enjoy the feel! If you cum, and you probably will, keep going, your bionic.
3. No lube. You need a dry dick for gripping. After your session, lube it up and reward yourself for a job well done. You should start to see results.


After 3 sessions, check measure.
Erection now 7"
Girth at base 5.25"

After 2 sessions. check measure
Erection at 7"
Girth at base 5.25

I will try my routine daily for the next 10 days. After day 10, will report progress.
