Had my day 19 post op appt yesterday... dr was trying to inflate but the pressure from squeezing my scrotum was so painful he said to give it 2 more weeks.. that's like the 5 week mark for inflating.. I'm worried about scar tissue building from waiting so long. What's your guys take on this or am I still within the right timeframe for pumping? I asked if I could pump gradually on my own in a week or if I can manage the pain and he said , "no, just wait the 2 weeks, you'll be fine"...

That exactly happened to me after my first revision. If you were left pumps with the minimum amount needed, you should be OK.

I remember pushing the doctor's hands as the pain was completely unbearable. For the next appointment, take the appropriate amount of analgesics about an hour before he will be activating you.

It's funny you say that because I was about a second short of pushing his hands away.. i have a high pain tolerance but this whole implant has me rethinking that... I'll make sure before I go in the next visit to load up on ibuprophen...

I took a Lorcet 10/650 before my activation appointment because I had spoke to people here and they warned me. After my revision it was not a big deal, I handled it all myself.

So I'm at Day 23, last night I was in bed and as advised by my doctor, to play with pump whenever I could to get the feel of it, I had no pain at all and was very comfortable with scrotum cooperating with me allowing me to grab and feel pump freely, it was very hard and ridged... my curiosity got the most of me and I wanted to actually feel how much pressure it takes to "pump" so I did, twice actually, my cylinders responded nicely, only about 70-80% erection I would guess... I massaged cylinders as he also advised to apply a type of massaging stretch to the tips.. I left for about 15 min and deflated with no issue.

After that though I felt very irritable, sporadic pains and discomfort.. it's subsided but still have the light pain today throughout shaft... is this part of the process or did I do something wrong?
