If they did the nesbit procedure to get your dick straight and make it fit your implant then:
Your dick curved because one side is longer than the other. They deglove your dick or make a window in the long side and gather up some of the side and sew it together to make it as short as the short side. That is how they make it straight. Your dick will be the length of the shortest side you had before. If they do a graft, they make the short side longer so it is the same length as the longest side. THanks Alibaba, but if the bend wasn't very steep e.g. 10 degrees and the shortest side wasn't inches shorter I can't see how it would be such a difference in size :(
Diagnosed prostate cancer at 46yrs old. Radical prostatectomy - had Coloplast Titan Zero implanted due to nerve damage. Had revision done 07/04/17 due to tips not being inside the glans.Now tips are in place in the glans and hope they stay put!

Pleased to say this evening it's looking less shrivelled up and sorry for itself. Will report back if the length improves some more (it looks longer than it did yesterday) as and when.

What brand/model implant do you have? AMS CX, AMS LGX, Coloplast Titan? Or other?

I've got a Coloplast Titan
Diagnosed prostate cancer at 46yrs old. Radical prostatectomy - had Coloplast Titan Zero implanted due to nerve damage. Had revision done 07/04/17 due to tips not being inside the glans.Now tips are in place in the glans and hope they stay put!

Another inter-lengual laugh is the word "penne." In Italian it is a type of pasta, but in Spanish, "pene" (pronounced the same) means "penis." You can imagine the jokes that happen at an Italian restaurant in a Spanish-speaking country! :lol:
