From my experience, when you need, pills, pumps, hypnosis, or injections to get and/or keep a hard dick, get an implant. I wish my urologist had suggested mine 10 years earlier. Everything I tried was like putting band aids on the Titanic. Some men go through life with a hard dick on demand. Even they need help as they age. But many suffer with ED as I did. What the H have you got to lose? An implant can fix it!

I agree 100% Rev. Donnie. Once the pills stop working, find yourself an experienced high-volume penile implant specialist and go for it. Why delay the inevitable? Almost every member here agrees that they wish they had gotten the implant years ago after the pills/injections stopped working. Getting the implant was one of the best moves I've made health-wise, both physically and mentally. What's there not to like about being able to rock & roll whenever/wherever you want for as long as you want??? After a couple of months, you won't even notice that you have it installed but you'll realize that you're packing some serious firepower on demand...

Sadly cc most Urologist will try. EVERYTHING before discussing an implant. Insurance requires them to find the cheapest temporary solution. Thank God for this support group. Frank Talk rocks!

My urologist suggested an implant pretty early in the game, but recommended trying other methods first. They all failed, so we went for the implant which is a perfect solution. The darn thing works so well I wouldn't have minded having it before my radical prostatectomy!
