An important question for me

Now that you have an implant, are you still able to kegel? If you can, does it feel much different? Does your penis move if you kegel, can you sometimes feel some blood movement. Do you feel the muscle contracting? I'm talking both with or without an erection. If as you reply you can do them and describe to me as best you can how it feels compare to before or if you can't remember just how it feels. Thanks every detail is considered. I appreciate it, it's hard to explain but I feel a lot of my sexuality is connected to that muscle.

Yes, but it's not quite the same. This may be due to my Radical Prostatectomy 6.5 years ago more than my three implants. After RP, you have to "re-learn peeing", which is more like learning to refrain from peeing on yourself at an inopportune moment. I can make my dick jump just a bit while kegeling(?). I love my implant!

On a separate subject.... 28 days post revision and I'll be trying out my new toy in about 90 minutes...)))

Sirsarcastic,

Definitely, you can do them. And I understand your point of it being connected to your sexual pleasure experience since it is connected. In my case, I can feel the muscle contractions while during them during both, erect and flacid phases, and they do move the penis same way as before I got the implant.

Actually, as you healing progresses, at least in my case, I can even experience semi woods in the morning. It is gratifying to wake up having one. Having such ability, during sexual stimulation, it enhances the penis engorgement, not only the glands, but the entire shaft.

I hope this helps!

Thanks that's really good to hear, I'm hoping some others will chime in so I can see the variability.

I found absolutely no difference doing kegels before versus after implant. The only thing is that they feel a little weird (maybe even a little painful) if you do them immediately after your implant procedure. However, after two months or so, I was back to normal.

Oh my God that's amazing to hear! Thanks for the input. I really hope this is the case. If so there's literally no downside for me. My penis is pretty f***ed I'm 22 years old. But I have high hopes none the less.

regarding kegels, here are my answers:

1) are you still able to kegel? ANSWER YES
2) does it feel much different? ANSWER: not really, though the pump does seem to move with the kegel some
3) Does your penis move if you kegel, ANSWER: yes, identical to before
4) can you sometimes feel some blood movement. Answer: yes
5) Do you feel the muscle contracting? Answer: yes, just like before
6) with or without an erection. ANSWER yes

so for me, kegel is really quite similar

During the first week, I was a little down on kageling since I had the catheter in place for three days, and I did not really want to kegel on that catheter, but now, all seems back to normal at two months.

Wow, that addressed all my questions! Thank you for taking your time it really made a difference for me. Awesome. I might get referred to dr Brock if at my next appointment (second urologist) does not fancy putting an implant in me.
