It is an inspiration to me because it shows me it is possible to have intercourse normally again, despite having fractured my penis. Implant sex, beats no sex any day. To me the tubes are a non issue, but I understand that to you, being on camera all the time you start to become self conscious and it can be a problem on set.

It would for sure require some mental adaptation first. But I am so thankful to have seen this video. Pictures and descriptions of intercourse only do so much, in terms of giving you an indication of how sex can be. Guys: You asked for thoughts, so here goes. There was a member who posted a vid of he and his wife using his implant, but IMHO it was typical of a self made vid. Only one camera position, other than you could tell they were"doing it", it was not very instructive. I think if we want to do an instructional video, it needs to be professionally scripted and filmed, with commentary by the actors, who should be real implant participants.
I would be inclined to avoid the "pornstar" label. Size and whatnot are not so important. sincerity and real life information are much more needed. If anyone wants to do one, I would be willing and with some convincing my wife probably would too. Possibly but the only indication would be the odd bulge in his scrotum. There are no other signs like wider penis profile or telltale tubing marks on the sides.
