I was able to find a clip where i believe the actor has an implant. You dont see any part of thr inflation process but if you are a bionic brother, you will notice the pump in certain positions and his unchanging erection. Nubile films S34:E13

Love it that this is a 9 year old discussion thread but people are still out there looking for implant porn. It's awesome.
Interesting. He's quite a young dude. Not impossible it's an implant. I mean, he's either got one giant testicle parked front and center and one tiny testicle hiding away somewhere that we never see it...or that's an implant I guess. Not to burst your guys porn speculation but no that guy doesn’t have one I will post a link of another very popular Pornstar that has one there are about 3-6 I know of. If you look at the center imagine which is an up and over position you see the piping out back

Search Kramer’s YouTube collection he has a few porn star implant videos. One were the actor did not like the reservoir. So he took it out and replaced with a Tactra malleable.

What is the time stamp in the photo your referring to? I can see the lovely blonde with tats (love blondes with tats) strength marks under her breast implants. Don’t see him.
