Onward and upward --Howdy all In my short experience with implant AMS700 LGX ( feb 14th implanted Happy v day). I am 5 hard after implant about 4 flaccid. Be 6 weeks TOMMOROW . I INFLATED somewhat before 4 weeks , but my real regiment started at 4 weeks when I met DR for 2nd follow up appointment . I have noticed after following cycle schedule 3X DAY FOR 2 WEEKS( only have to keep it hard for a couple of minutes ) That my length is maybe 1/4 to 1/2 bigger and that the inflation and deflation seems to just flow so much smoother each day. I AM hopping to eventually get to 6 with larger girth also , but in meantime a rock hard 5 to 5 1/2 inches I can have fun with. He also told me after the 2 weeks to go to 1X a day cycling but keep it hard for at least 10 minutes for 6 weeks He said 6 months usually but could take up to a year to get full growth . I AM much larger flaccid than ever before and when I get to 6 hard all the better . I hang hard about 2.30 and laying down its straight up. Just though I would share this info ..... thanks ...

Congrats!!! Just a suggestion. I'll inflate to max every time I hop into the shower and keep myself hard 'til I get dressed. Kinda fun to be looking all perked up and ready for action too!!

SHOOTER hello on your question I really did not measure before I knew I was not JOHNNY HOLMES but a little bigger than I am after implant but I am getting there . ..and it just gets easier to pump like I said Thanks

By "straight up" do you mean toward the sky or toward your head (close to your belly)?

If you point 2:30 (which means, to me, just a bit higher than the horizon) when you are standing, I would expect your penis to be at 1:00 o'clock or 12:15 or so when kayind down (assuming your datum reference is that the top of your head is 12:00 whatever orientation your body is).

If you are laying down and penis straight up (at the sky), that would seem to me to be 3:00, hence my uncertainty.

my 2 cents worth....a lot changes over the first few months after implant, part of it simply a reduction in swelling.....without actually looking at my posts over the past nearly four years, I think....

I was something like 6" - 6.5" with my "original dick" (pre Radical Prostatectomy)...I was something like 3" after my first implant but that eventually became a (very bent) 4.5" or so. I was something like 4" after my second implant (first revision). That eventually became 5.25" - 5.5"....I'm right at 4" thirty days after my third implant (second revision). I'm hoping this becomes 6" .......

If I end up at 5" and have a "good little fucker"..........well I'LL BE HAPPY !!!!!

Not being able to fuck at all for 2.5 years made me REALLY appreciate having a working dick.......
