CX vs. LGX?

I need a revision/replacement of my LGX (will no longer inflate). Which device would be preferable?

I've had both. The cx gets a bit harder.

Ask doctor as I have read here that sometime they have put a larger implant in as penis has stretched some. Good and let us know how it goes.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
