March 27th is fast approaching and I am getting nervous about my LGX implant.

I am 60 years old and have struggled with ED due in part to major pelvic surgery many years ago. I've tried everything but the shots and been able to have a sex life for the past 20 years but with decreasing frequency and increasing difficulty. About one year ago my ED took a serious turn and I haven't been able to have an erection for almost a full year.

I've done all of the research possible on implants, including locating an experienced doctor I trust, but am very nervous. I have lost length and girth despite using a pump and exercises. I am very much a grower with a penis that seems small but has always expanded pretty well when aroused. I am not looking for a long or large erection but need a function one.

Are there any other growers out there that share their experiences good and bad with their implants? I'm not thinking I have any other options at this point, but don't want to get mangled and end up with a erection that isn't good for me or my wife of 30 years.

Hopefully there are some good stories out there that you can share that will help me and my wife feel better about going through all of this.

i was also a grower, and I really hated my flacid penis size , but I was ok with the erect size.
Today, I am happpy with my size post implant, in fact, all implant men are "showers", so you never have to worry about having to parade around somewhere naked again since you will always look decently large.

My surgeon (Dr Eid, was very transparent about the size issue. He did a alprostadil injection of the penis, and then measured my length, and stated that the erection with injection is what I will have -- he writes this on a sheet so that all is predictable.)

Regarding the nervousness of facing surgery in 12 days, use my mantra, which went something like:

"Don't be a pussy, standup and fight that beast called "erectile dysfunction" like a man"

For several weeks I cycled through nervous, very nervous and scared shitless. Now that Mr. Titan is installed and working, I am a very happy old man.

As long as you have scheduled a first rate surgeon, just grit your teeth and hang in there. You will not regret doing this.

It's kinda like.... Worry, worry, worry..... Hurt, hurt, hurt, (while worrying more)..... Heal, heal, heal (while hurting more)....... Oh yeah..... Then fuck, fuck, fuck (while grinning great big grins)..... I'm healing from my second revision (third implant), hurting a bit, worrying a bit..... Healing and anxious for the fucking and grinning! And...... It's worth it all!!!

I was also nervous a few days prior to my surgery, but then I began to think about "being cured" and all the sex I would be able to have on demand.....without worry or anxiety.......that's what got me through the nervous stage......so much so, that I looked forward to it......I also knew that I was in the best (or tied for the best) hands.....

My worry first implant was getting one scheduled and paid for. Once it was set up completely at ease. Worry second implant....same thing plus wife was worried about travel. Once it was set up, no worries. Everyone was awesome. Don't worry about it buddy. It is a big deal considering it is your best buddy and their pals getting cut on but really nothing to it. If you have a good doctor, all will be fine! Cheers You are almost there!

I had no nervousness. I had a spinal cord injury when I was 17. Required surgery on my neck and back. This penile surgery was nothing compared to that.

And I had quintuple cardiac bypass surgery in 2001. "This penile surgery was nothing compared to that."
