I am 13 weeks out and the pain is less. I can inflate it for an hour or two before I get pain I can't handle. I have the AMS LGX.
AMS 700 LGX 18cm, implanted December 16, 2016, University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Wm. Jaffe Married to a Man

Can you still become fully erect with Cialis, or even without it? It sort of sounds like it from your post. If so, you are still quite a bit away from considering an implant. I can appreciate that you might be curious about them, but you still have a number of options open to you including injections. IMHO don't bother with a VED.

All things being equal and you have a good surgeon and a good surgical outcome:

1. You will be able to orgasm as many times as you could before surgery.
2. Your penis will be straight
3. Sensitivity should be the same or better
4. Your glans will become engorged if it did before surgery
5. You will likely be the same length and girth as before surgery.
6. You will be harder than you ever could be before surgery.
7. You can remain erect for longer than your GF could ever want.
8. You can be TOO hard and your GF may ask for a bit softer you.
9. You should experience the same or better level of desire as you did before surgery.

There are no guarantees but satisfaction rates with IPP's for implantees and their spouses is very high, usually approaching or in the 90% range. Good luck with your ED!

I can still get fully erect but it's eratic and I can feel the peyronies obstructing my ability to get it up. Also, it's usually only after several days of abstaining from sex. I would love to be able to have sex at least a few times a week with my girlfriend. I really would rather skip the injections or even the process of taking high doses of Cialis, etc. If an implant would make things better

here are my answers to your original qurstions:

regarding:
QUESTION #1 "How often do you have orgasms when you have sex with an implant? I am wondering because I have read that the penis is less sensitive. When my penis is healthy I have been able to have sex to orgasm 2 times a day. Does this go down or up with an implant?"

answer= no change in the number of orgasms for me. Currently, postop week 6, I have slightly less sensitivity along the bottom surface of my penis, but this does not get in the way of orgasm (I am glad, since I used to come to quick anyway)

regarding
QUESTION #2: After months of having sex frequently with an implant does your desire change? Maybe this question is because of my own personal experience with ED. I have peyronies and my relationships fall apart after about a month because I am not the same person in the bedroom

ANSWER = if your relationships are falling apart because of bad sex, then you MUST do something about it. If you have peyronies, then injections might not be for you (though maybe try that if implant surgeon says it is ok). So, do something to get your ED fixed up, otherwise, you will miss out on life's great pleasures. (An implant will not decrease your desire for sex, it might increase it maybe)

I that list is correct and I could get to a good surgical outcome where the things listed happened my level of ED and discomfort is significant enough to justify an implant

Please note I wrote the below response prior to Xomanow's contribution and thank you both for your responses- very helpful

When you say your desire has gotten stronger, what do you mean exactly?

Here's the thing with me. When i can have sex (say after a while of rest - like a week or two) my desire is very strong, especially if I also take cialis/ when fully erect/ aroused

Say after a week of no sex do you also feel very aroused / horny with the implant? (The feeling when your 'semen' builds up and you're making out with an attractive girlfriend/partner). My main worry/concern with an implant is that I'll be able to pump myself up but won't be horny in this same way when after having abstained from sex for a while - that unlike now with meds I won't post implant get that I desperately want to have a hot girl / partner level of arousal... If that makes sense

Thanks for the info

It's psychological. You pump up your implant...a rock hard penis that won't go down until you want it to. You walk around the house hard and admire it. Then you put it to use. You hear those moans and screams from women you have been so desperate to hear for so long. You realize that the mental burden of ed has been lifted. All this together is very freeing and empowering. Your confidence and interest in sex goes up.
