13 Weeks Post Implant AMS 700

It's been 13 weeks, overall I love it. I still have some discomfort/burning when I have it fully pumped. Orgasms are difficult but do happen. The pump is really high and not really at the place I would have liked it to be. Any advice is welcome.

My urologist told me to keep pulling down the pump right after surgery for about a month and a lot of other guys had the same advice. I'm not sure if it is too late. Definitely talk to your urologist about that.
