nervous about activation

Howdy Men I had implant Valentines day ..How sweet...I have my 2 week follow up last weds ---My Dr had me at 40 percent he brought it down till about 30 . He has me coming back at the 4 week mark to really activate me and have me start cycling.
I have finally been able to feel around and get a little familiar with the pump down there without real pain ..My stitches have fallen out and swelling is gone . He told me if I am up for it to play around and pump it up and if I do leave it up for at least 10 minutes . Then when I come back at 4 weeks regardless if I pump it up or not he will spend some time with me and really give me some lessons about activating/pumping and a cycle plan . In the mean time I have been able to Masturbate to Climax as it is now . So all of the above tells me I am having a normal recovery.
Ok after all that info . Has anyone been nervous feeling around at pump and wondering how am I going to be able to do this . The pump seems hard to pump and the deactivation button is so small . I think my pump is in good position in middle and down . Is it something you get used to pretty quick .
Thanks MZ

rrr: Your apprehension about activating is normal too. Pumping, especially deflation something of an art. If you can explore your scrotum without pain, sit in a hot bath and locate the parts of the pump (bulb and deflation button). What you don;t want to do is to inflate without knowing how to deflate. The bulb is very stiff at first and takes significant effort. Again, know how to deflate first to avoid an unscheduled trip to the Doc.

I agree if your allowed take those hot baths and feel around and find the deflate 1st of all. You will need to use some effort for the very first pump but after that it's a piece of cake. I didn't take any pain meds or anything and I was fine. Pump until it becomes uncomfortable thats your alarm to stop. On my scale 1 to 10 and pain cycling about a 3!!!! It gets better every day

Yeah, I'm nervous as heck about it. At my age, weight and and level of arthritis, I couldn't possibly get up out of a tub without a crane, but of course I do get in the shower regularly. I can find the pump, and where the deflate button ought to be, but I cannot feel the button. There's a lot of soft tissue around there, and it makes me very nervous fooling around in there. They gave me a keychain pump to fool around with, but what's in my scrotum doesn't feel like the same thing.

Tomorrow's the big day, and I'm sure Dr. Caesar will know how to deal with things.

I'm nervous, too. About the pain.

I just want to have pain-free, bionic sex.

I know I'll get there, I just need to give it time.

I got my third Titan implant last week and I AM nervous feeling around in my swollen ball sack and trying to grab the pump and pull it down. I've done this twice before. I know it'll get better by the day, but....still nervous...

Now later on...with my last implant, I've had three or four "professional girls" pump it up for me. Initially, they're also pretty nervous like 'if I hurt him I won't get a tip". I've assured them they won't hurt me and if they do, I'll whimper! One girl has probably pumped me up 60 times and has caught the skin painfully with a fingernail once and squeezed a nut once. Both times I whimpered. They're kind of tentative to start with anyway. This girl and her "doubles" friend are like 'let me, let me'...so I do.... One, different girl has successfully deflated me several times.

My implant and the confidence it gives me makes it fun getting old.... Good Luck!!!

My pump was stuck and hard as a walnut. It was like a pressure lock. On day 13 Dr Kramer activated things and the first pump was hard but so much easier now. It takes time and practice. I came pump up in less than a minute now... in time it will come. A hot bath is the way to go. Listen to your body. I made a semi mistake and had sex 6 days in a row and a weekend marathon. I started to bleed a little o the top stitch. I took a couple of days off and let things heal. I'm nearly 2 months out and I'm finally having totally pain free sex... Listen to your body...

rrr1212, you asked about the activation appointment.

It didn't go as well as I had hoped. No fault of Dr. Caesar, but I cannot seem to get my hand(s) on the deflate button. The pump is right where it's supposed to be, and Dr. Caesar pumped up an erection I still cannot believe. Hard as a rock, and major increase in width. He and I fooled around with the pump for quite a while. I can feel where the button ought to be, but I can't seem to get a grip on it. I can pump up, but I don't dare do it until I can work the deflate button. He sent me home to work on getting a grip on it, and said if I cannot get it, to come back and we'll do it some more. This guy is very patient.
