2 days of travel has me worn out. 1 hour sleep last night. Not worried, just excited it is going to be a problem out of the way.

Every stop on this trip has been the opposite of the Nashville trip. Hotel staff was supreme in St. Louis. Awesome help. Holiday Inn Harbor manager let us out the back door and had the manager of Luna Del Sea Bistro open the back door to let us in. ( They are back to back). Crab cakes are awesome. $100 meal but great. If I am up to it, Holiday in manager said he is sending a car for us to take us somewhere special for supper Friday night. At the end of the Boston Airport is a machine you get tickets for the light rail. 70 cents for full ride 1 way for 65 and older. $1.70 for me. 20 minutes to Convention center stop. It within 1 block of Marriot, Hyatt, Holiday and others. 1 block to UMMC. Will try to post such things that will help others with travel. There is a Jimmy Johns that delivers and a subway within a block of the hotels.

FYI: St. Louis and Baltimore have the two highest murder rates per capita in the USA.

In case you wanted a random fact.

Not worried about it. I don't have dick repairs in back alleys of abandoned houses at 1 a.m. under a broken street light. One has to use a little common sense on these things. I am surprised how many told me not to go out at night in Baltimore though including several people I visited with on the train. Eating supper we saw several of the homeless people walking by as a couple others here told me. We are a throw away society now, people included. Heartbreaking.

I forgot to add, the waiter asked why we were visiting. My wife told him for surgery Wednesday. He asked if he could sit down and pray for me and did. Longest prayer I have heard in a long time. Last time that happened was 2009 when a bunch of ladies from the colored church in St. Louis did the same thing. I never knew any of these people but good people! Don't any of you turn this into some racist bullshit. People of all races have been good to me and friends. I try to be the same. The world would be a lot better if everyone did.

Alibaba, I hope that your experience in Baltimore is as good as mine, and it seems like it is heading that way. We had more help getting around in Baltimore from people of another race (black) which did not surprise me, but people tried to help us get around with the least amount of trouble. I guess that they could tell that we were "country from Louisiana". I never did feel intimidated while we walked or rode the free city bus. Baltimore was a pleasant experience for us. The hotel, restaurant waiter, Lite rail engineer, airport janitor and Dr Kramers staff could not have been nicer . Good Luck. Tell Dr. Kramer that the guy from Louisiana that he added 2" to said hello.

...cool story! Being from St. Louis, I felt right at home in Baltimore...UMMC reminds me a lot of the Barnes-Jewish hospital complex...both top-notch facilities/best doctors...

I've discussed my dissatisfaction with implant number 1 many times. Discussed with Dr. Kramer last night the location of the tips in the glans. The x is the point of the left tip pumped up, the mark on the right side is the point end of the rt cylinder.

Information to help you folks find your way around.
This picture is looking toward the medical center from the portico of the Holiday Inn. The street is Lombard Street which is one block north of Pratt street where the Light rail train stops at the Convention Center stop. The tall building furthest in the back of the picture on the tight is the the Hospital where the surgery center and doctor's office is. 3 blocks from Days Inn ( Nicer than Holiday and wish we were next door there). Hyatt, Mariot, Days, and Holiday are all within 1-3 blocks.
