Revision 2017 updated

95 days post implant.
My Titan is very uncomfortable compared the AMS with crinkles as stated before, but now at 95 days starting to get comfortable in the shaft. Scrotum is a whole different story. I have only pumped up 2 times in the last month. I developed a seroma a month ago. Scrotum developed a sac and filled with 30cc's of lymph. Local doctors refused to see me since I had my implant elsewhere and I could not get to St. Louis to see doctors because highways including the interstate were closed due to flooding between here and there. I stuck a needle in it and sucked the crap out. Still swollen and sore but no-longer with a huge heavy water balloon between my legs. Not looking forward to another surgery but going to need one I think. Right now I am dealing with it and hope I can hold out till winter. Too sore to pump it. I do not like the forward placement of the pump nor it tethered to the bottom of the shaft. I've talked to 2 doctors (1 Kramer) about it and both said this issue sometimes resolves on it's own in 6 months, sometimes requires surgery. The second doctor said he had a patient that took 3 additional surgeries before they got the issue resolved. I am straighter but I think all this healing time not being able to pump may be costing me length and girth compared to post surgery cycling which looked good. Scrotum is too sore to get the pumps in I was originally getting. I do know there is no gain in size w/o pain. Dr. Kramer did offer to fix my issues and put in a 24cm w/o any tip extenders. d
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

A seroma requires another surgical procedure? That seems strange to me. I had a seroma develop after having a foreign body removed from my upper back, and my doc just drained it a few times and that was that.

Just wondering, did you request that Kramer place your pump where it is?
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.

I think he is referring to the surgery in regards to the pump location, not the seroma.

That is what scares me about driving or flying to far for an implant. Find a good local surgeon and trust the guy.

Ali, I sure hope that this final (we hope) revision takes care of everything so you (and your partner) can "just" enjoy the hardness!

It's disheartening to see this happening to you. Felt to so good following your diary and seeing success right after all you've been through. Hang on there and I hope you are lucky on this part too! Keep us posted. Be strong Ali!

Being young (27) and having nothing to tie me down, I am actually considering moving to Philly. I could train into NYC or Baltimore for Eid or Kramer in less than 90 minutes. Or drive.

I would not want fly or drive a long distance.
